Spider Trailer

What horror movie trailer had a little kid singing The Itsy Bitsy Spider?
I remember seeing this trailer not too long ago for a horror movie. There was a little kid singing The Itsy Bitsy Spider ominously, and I think it had something to do with water… Please help me!
“Friday the 13th Part II”, from 1981.
During the pre-credit sequence, a child sings that song while walking in the gutter, and splashing the water flowing there. The kid walks by a house being watched by a mysterious figure (Jason). The house turns out to be that of the last survivor of the first “Friday”, who cut Jason’s mother’s head off.
And it was in Stephen King’s IT and Dark Water (2005)
